Accounting & Tax Services

As Accountants we utilize the Quick Books accounting software platform to assist our clients in achieving their goals. We are also able to provide assistance with payroll services though a third party to allow you to concentrate on your business, which is what you do best!  We also utilize a third party tax software system that allows us to file your tax returns for all 50 states along with your federal return electronically.

Tax Dates

Your 2019 Business Tax returns Corporate form 1020,  S-Corp 1020S and Partnership 1065’s are due by Monday, March 16.

Your 2019 Personal 1040 Tax returns are due by Wednesday, April 15.

If you are planning on filing an extension please note you are required to include your tax obligation with the extension.  If you do not owe any taxes, but may be entitled to a refund, you are not required actually file by April 15th.


Estimated Tax Payments

If your tax liability is $1,000 or more for the year, you are expected to make estimated tax payments. If you owed more than $1,000 in taxes, you should have more taxes withheld from from your paychecks, or pay estimated taxes.

Estimated Tax Deposit – Deadlines for 2019

  • January 1 — March 31: Due April 15
  • April 1 — May 31: Due June 15
  • June 1 — August 31: Due September 15
  • September 1 — December 31: Due January 15 (of the following year)

Two individuals with a passion to provide clients with the best service come together as they build a lasting relationship with their clients.  Elizabeth has  obtained her Master’s Degree in Accounting, with a concentration in Taxation, as she will now prepare to sit for the CPA exam.  Scott, a CPA, has been practicing the profession for over 30 years and has been exposed to a wide variety of business industries over his career.
